Specifications:
- Weight : Up to 30kg (Only for Singapore, Thailand Shipment unlimited)
- Dimension Limit : L+W+H < 300cm, each side <100cm
- Volumetric weight calculation : LxWxH / 6,000
Compensation:
- Last Mile Standard Liability : up to RM300
- For shipment damage claims, supporting documents need to be submitted by receiver to shipper within 2 working days.
- Requests for compensation can only be sent to cs@tndexpress.com
Notes:
- Undeliverable Shipments will be returned back to the sender with the rates equivalent to the Delivery Charge.
- Availability of International tracking information is subjected to Delivery Service provider.
- TND EXPRESS reserves the right to make final judgment on the amount of loss or damage based on reasonable grounds.
